I smoked for well over 20 years. For several years I attempted to quit smoking – I tried every available option on the market from nicotine patches to hypnosis and nothing I did had a lasting effect. Until I started vaping in 2015. At first I vaped and smoked, but then I began to get annoyed that smoking would limit my ability to taste the flavours I was vaping. So after a few months I quit cigarettes altogether. It’s been 7 years and I haven’t touched another cigarette. I feel healthier, I can taste and smell again, I don’t have a sore throat or a cough all the time, I enjoy my running now, and I feel more positive about myself because I was able to finally quit smoking. Nowadays I don’t understand why anyone would smoke cigarettes – there is a much better alternative in vaping that isn’t nearly as damaging to your health, or the health of those around you. So why smoke?

I used to smoke two packs of 20’s a day, at the end of my smoking years, when the health issues started to show I tried patches and gum but nothing worked until a friend made a joke about a vape pen, thingy, at first I laughed but when trying it for the first time, I was taken back by the lack of craving to smoke, so I bought a kit on the spot and it and other great devices helped me stop smoking that very day. I still have a half packet of Lucky Strike on my desk as a reminder to never go back to smoking. My sense of smell and taste coming back was the most shocking change. Being fit as a fiddle is also great. 🙂

Vaping improved my health and feel much better.

Shortness of breath, coughing up flem pain in my chest and lots of taste. I knew I to stop smoking but did not know how to get off tobacco. So I tried vaping within 24 hours after starting vaping I was off tobacco cigarettes. I have not been back tobacco. My Shortness of breath, flem on my chest and pain my chest was gon. vaping has helped me quit smoking which became a very bad habit with an extremely stressful job and suffering from anxiety/depression.t helps me relax and allows me to sleep at night without anxiety keeping me awake. Less anxiety means depression and situations are easier to cope with
