Started vaping because I could not get cigarettes in the COVID-19 lockdown in SA. So I started vaping after seeing someone in our housing complex and asking where he got the liquid from. So, a big shoutout to Mrs Zuma … If it was not for the lockdown regulations I would never have known about this great tobacco harm reduction tool.

Had severe acid reflux and constant bouts of bronchitis. Stopped on 21st December 2017, when I bought my 1st AIO vape. Did not dual use, switched exclusively to vaping. Started off at 3mg nicotine and now on 0mg. My health has not been better. Acid refulx stopped and have not had bronchitis in 4 years. My family us happier as there in no longer that cigarette smell. Not touched a combustible cigarette cigar or hookah in the years I have been vaping. Vaping saved my life.
