My son had a serious breathing and chest issue since he was born. I’ve always noticed after a smokes a cigarette then he would always cough or his chest would pull tight. I couldn’t see my son suffering more because of my smoking hence me deciding to totally stop smoking a start vaping. I have never looked back again. My son out grew the issues he have and I can gladly say my vaping helped him in a way.

Lower blood pressure, asthma has reduced from 1 inhaler / month, to 1 inhaler every 6 months. Reduced hayfever. Saved a substantial mount of money in the last year due to not buying cigarettes. More energy, better sleep.

I hated smoking but was so addicted to it. And the cough I had from smoking was so bad. I decided to switch to vaping to get me off the cigarettes. I have been vaping for 1 year now. Haven’t touched a cigarette. Making the switch helped me tremendously in getting off the cigarettes. And bonus, no more cough, shortness of breath, stink etc.

Had severe acid reflux and constant bouts of bronchitis. Stopped on 21st December 2017, when I bought my 1st AIO vape. Did not dual use, switched exclusively to vaping. Started off at 3mg nicotine and now on 0mg. My health has not been better. Acid refulx stopped and have not had bronchitis in 4 years. My family us happier as there in no longer that cigarette smell. Not touched a combustible cigarette cigar or hookah in the years I have been vaping. Vaping saved my life.

I noticed that my friends complained i always stink and after a night of some alcoholic beverages with obviously smoking cigarettes alot my lungs and throught hurt the next day so when i startied vaping i never had that pain experience and it smells nice. Safer for the people around me and i feel healthier. So Vaping for the win
