I was in hospital once a year with serious lung infection before I quit cigarettes. I often woke up early hours of the morning, needing a nebulizer just to be able to breathe. My kids were always sick, even though I never smoked in the house. With my last visit to hospital, I was diagnosed with chronic Asthma, and would henceforth need to do lunch exercises and live on asthma pumps. I decided to quit smoking and vaping. Within a month, my taste buds improved, my breathing improved, and I didn’t wake up once to use a nebulizer. I have not been admitted, nor been diagnosed to bronchitis since I’ve been vaping. My lungs are functioning better. My kids are not sick as often. Unless they go near someone who smokes cigarettes. And if I had to do it all over again I would.

Started smoking hookah at social gatherings in high school and by the time I was in my first year on varsity I was smoking hookah daily. Was introduced to vaping by a friend and haven’t smoked since. After a few weeks my sense of taste came back and I could breath easier. Vaping Saved My Life !
