Health-wise it has helped, especially around wintertime, no more shocking cough, sore chest, etc. cannot remember the last time I was actually very ill with the flu I no longer smell Ike on an ashtray. Vaping is not smoking There are no carcinogens, no chemicals, no tar and definitely NO TOBACCO

So about 10 years ago I was feeling like crap for a few months. Loosing weight not sleeping and just generally not feeling myself. Went to the doctors and they took a blood sample. Turns out my blood sugar levels were 600+ which if you are aware are not good levels. I grew up with asthma and yes still smoked cigarettes. So now being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes it was time to try and quit. I had tried several times in the past but nothing ever stuck. Someone told me back then about electronic cigarettes. I figured why not I’ll give it a shot and I have never picked up a cigarette since. My asthma is nonexistent at this point and vaping definitely saved my life.
