Health-wise it has helped, especially around wintertime, no more shocking cough, sore chest, etc. cannot remember the last time I was actually very ill with the flu I no longer smell Ike on an ashtray. Vaping is not smoking There are no carcinogens, no chemicals, no tar and definitely NO TOBACCO

After a mild heart attack in 2012, had to stop smoking but patches gum ect did nothing to help. Only vaping got me off the cigarettes.
