Since vaping , I started smoking less and less. The sensation is different. At 1st the craving for nicotine is strong. Not having that tabaco smell, I could smoke less and lighter just to entertain the habit

Vaping has helped me to quit smoking cigarettes and I believe it is a much safer and better smelling alternative with less impact on the environment and no secondhand smoke.

Since stop smoking I have more energy. Can run without feeling out of breath. No more heartburn no stinky cigarette smoke or bad breath.My family supports me to rather vape than smoke. I’m happier and healthy and sleep much better than in all I have been smoking. No coughs in mornings when I wake up or the urge for a cigarette in the morning. I start my vaping after breakfast in the morning and a only take about 5 draws.You can can a couple of hours without a vape but with cigarettes it was not the case.
